Laser Cutting & Etching
Laser cutting epitomizes precision by meticulously carving designs from materials. Our cutting-edge CO2 machines employ a focused beam to etch exceptionally fine lines through various materials. However, it's important to note that while CO2 lasers excel in cutting a wide array of materials with precision, they aren't suitable for cutting through metals and certain other resilient substances due to their inherent hardness.
Fabrication & Installation
Laser etching diverges from laser cutting by not penetrating entirely through the material; instead, it delicately engraves the surface at shallow depths. The depth achievable varies depending on the material, yielding varied tones and textures.
Primarily conducted on wood or paper, this technique also imparts monochromatic nuances on acrylic and various plastics, adding intricate designs or markings without compromising the material's structural integrity.
